Price

What it costs

from ₹3,499

GST extra. Your fee depends on volume and complexity — we confirm it after a free call.

What affects the price

  • Type of notice and the law it falls under
  • Number of tax periods and the amount involved
  • How much reconciliation is needed
  • Number of personal hearings
  • Whether an appeal is likely (quoted separately)

₹3,499 is the starting fee for a straightforward reply. We read the notice before quoting, so you know the fee before any work starts. Our Growth plan includes two notice replies a year. Tax, interest or penalties demanded are payable to the department, not to us.

FAQ

Notices questions

I just received a notice. What should I do first?

Don’t ignore it, and don’t pay any demand before checking it. Note the reply-by date and send us the notice on WhatsApp. Many notices are about mismatches that can be explained with the right documents.

How do I know the notice is genuine?

Income-tax notices carry a Document Identification Number (DIN) that you can verify on the income-tax portal, and GST notices can be checked on the GST portal. We verify this as our first step.

The deadline is very close. Can you still help?

Contact us straight away. Where the rules allow, we can file an interim reply or request more time while we prepare the full response.

Does ₹3,499 cover every notice?

It covers a straightforward reply. Notices with several years, large amounts or detailed reconciliation take more work, and we quote them after reading the notice.

Do you attend hearings?

We support you through personal hearings — preparing the case, documents and written submissions. Hearings are quoted separately, based on how many are needed.

Another consultant filed my returns. Can you still reply?

Yes. We start from the filed returns and your records, and work out what happened before drafting the reply.

Can you guarantee the notice will be dropped?

No one honestly can. What we promise is a clear, well-documented reply filed on time, and straight advice on your options.
